Website and partnership terms
Draft · updated 25 October 2026 · English
1. Scope
Dopamine Affiliates provides partnership applications, a partner dashboard, materials, affiliate links, statistics and earnings records. It is not a casino operator, a payment account or a promise of employment or guaranteed income. The operator is Patryk Jeżewski; contact: Support@DopamineAffiliates.com. The operator’s address remains to be completed. This document is a draft set of terms; an individual agreement must identify the parties and agreed conditions.
2. Registration and verification
Join buttons lead to registration and the application form. After migration to our own server and domain, the final version will support email sign-in; the current test version uses a temporary sign-in mechanism. Provide accurate information and up-to-date traffic sources. Applications await manual approval. The standard review period is up to 24 hours; submission alone does not activate dashboard access or remuneration. You can ask the team to explain a decision. Partnerships promoting age-restricted content are intended for adults entitled to carry out that activity.
3. Access and security
Each partner uses their own account. Do not share access with others or attempt to obtain other partners’ data. Account access requires active approval. An administrator may restrict access where there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, a security issue or a breach of the rules, with an opportunity to clarify the matter.
4. Links and statistics
The main affiliate URL may be shared, but each partner shares their individual Dopamine URL. Clicks through a personal link are attributed to that partner’s account. Sharing the main URL directly or another person’s link may prevent traffic attribution. Counters are technical measurements, not a count of unique customers. Excluding self-visits, bots and previews does not guarantee detection of every automated visit.
5. Lead qualification
A lead is a new user referred by a partner who has met all previously agreed requirements of the specific offer and has been confirmed in the affiliate’s report. A click or registration alone does not guarantee qualification. Requirements may include legal age, an allowed country, a unique account, verification and a specified first deposit or another agreed action, but only where the offer expressly requires it. There is no single default deposit amount for all offers. Duplicates, fictitious accounts, automated traffic, abuse, unapproved channels or failure to meet the stated requirements may result in rejection with an explanation. The administrator attributes the lead to a personal link or confirmed subID and assigns its status based on the report. Questions can be raised through Support or email, quoting the lead identifier. Conditions must be available to the partner before promotion begins; they cannot be added arbitrarily after a lead has been delivered.
6. Rates and earnings
Partners see their own rates and records. Rates may differ between partners. A new rate does not change the amount of a lead already recorded. Pending means there is no final decision; Approved means the record has been accepted for settlement; Rejected means it has not qualified; Paid is the administrator’s record of settlement. The dashboard does not execute transfers itself. Payment timing, method, currency, taxes, documents and any payment threshold require a separate agreement; no default payment schedule applies. Report discrepancies through Support, identifying the lead and offer.
7. Permitted promotion
Promote only offers and channels approved within the agreed scope. Spam, false accounts, artificial traffic, impersonation, infringement of third-party rights and misleading promises of winnings or income are prohibited. Do not direct promotion at minors or people excluded from using these services. Publications and campaigns must comply with the target market’s law and the platform’s rules; availability of a link does not authorise promotion in every country. Identify advertising and affiliate relationships wherever required.
8. Closing an account
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible in the active database. Personal links stop working; lead records and balances are removed from Dopamine’s records. This does not cancel an event in the external affiliate’s report or reverse a transfer. Before closing your account, report outstanding amounts and save any statements you need. A technical operation alone cannot remove mandatory protected rights or replace the agreed settlement of remuneration already due.
9. Contact and complaints
Questions and complaints can be sent to Support@DopamineAffiliates.com, through Support in the dashboard or through the homepage form. Specify the offer, date, record identifier and the explanation you are seeking. Do not send referred customers’ personal data unless necessary and agreed. The team responds after checking the data; statutory deadlines take precedence. The email icon opens your email application addressed to Support@DopamineAffiliates.com. Telegram and Teams currently indicate your preferred contact channel in the form.
10. Availability, liability and changes
Technical interruptions and delays in external reports may occur. The operator is not responsible for promises made by an independent affiliate that the operator did not make, but this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Individual terms cannot be changed retrospectively through an arbitrary change to this page. Material rule changes require appropriate advance notice and a basis in the contract and applicable law. Governing law and the body resolving disputes must be determined once the operator’s details are specified; V.Partners’ jurisdiction is not automatically adopted.
