Privacy policy

Draft · updated 25 October 2026 · English

1. Controller and contact

The data controller for Dopamine Affiliates is Patryk Jeżewski. Contact email: Support@DopamineAffiliates.com. The operator’s address remains to be completed. You can send data-related questions to this email, through the contact form or through Support in the dashboard. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or identity documents in messages.

2. Data we process

During sign-in, the website receives an account identifier and email address from the hosting provider’s temporary sign-in system; it may also receive a username. The final version on our own server and domain will use email registration and sign-in. Your profile includes the name you provide, partnership type, market, language, project, promotional channels, experience and optional Telegram details. We process your application, the administrator’s decision and comments, messages, assigned links, click dates and counters, lead identifiers, rates, currencies and earnings statuses. We do not need referred individuals’ personal data for manual lead records.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Handling applications, accounts and agreed partnerships serves to take steps at the user’s request before entering into a contract or to perform that contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where applicable. Security, fraud prevention, correspondence and the defence of claims may rely on legitimate interests under point (f), following an assessment of those interests and the user’s rights. Statutory obligations require a basis under point (c). Consent under point (a) applies only to separately specified, voluntary purposes; it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Registration does not constitute consent to marketing.

4. Recipients and infrastructure

Data is accessed by the authorised website administrator. The infrastructure includes hosting for the current test version and Cloudflare services used to run the website and database. The hosting provider also handles temporary sign-in. The external affiliate receives the request to open its website, the main link parameters and an optional subID identifier. It may independently process IP addresses, browser data and its own cookies under its own policy. Partners do not receive other partners’ data. The operator must confirm providers’ specific roles, processing regions and any legal bases for transfers outside the EEA; we do not claim that data is stored exclusively in the EU.

5. How long we retain data

Website chat history and dashboard Support conversations are automatically cleared once a week, on Sunday. The cleanup removes messages saved before the task runs and empty conversations, together with their contact details and related email queue entries. This applies to the active Dopamine database; it does not delete copies already delivered to an email inbox or providers’ logs and backups. Contact form enquiries are a separate category from chat and require a separate retention period. Profile and earnings data is retained while the account is maintained or until it is deleted, subject to legally required exceptions.

6. Account deletion

Delete account removes the profile, personal links and counters, assigned leads, rates, notification queue and the account’s support conversation from the active Dopamine database. The links stop working. The operation does not delete the account with the sign-in provider or data held by the external affiliate. Messages previously sent through a signed-out form are not automatically linked to the account; request their deletion separately. Resolve outstanding earnings with the team before deleting your account. Technical deletion of records does not waive rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

7. Your rights

Where provided by law, you may request access, a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. Requests are generally answered within one month; any extension requires justification and notification. The 24-hour timeframe applies to partnership applications, not statutory data rights requests.

8. Required information and decisions

Providing the required data is necessary to assess your application and maintain your account. Fields marked optional are voluntary. Approval or rejection is decided by an administrator, not automated scoring. Click statistics do not confirm a referred individual’s identity or eligibility.

9. Notifications and changes

Decisions are currently recorded in the dashboard and notification queue. Email delivery has not been activated. Once it is connected, the operator should add information about the provider and delivery arrangements. Material policy changes will be dated and communicated in a manner appropriate to their significance.

10. Confidentiality and safeguards

Your first and last name or display name and email address are confidential data. We process them solely for the stated purposes of account administration, contact, security and partnerships, using the identified infrastructure providers. We do not publish them in other partners’ statistics or disclose them to other partners. Access requires permissions checked on the server. We use HTTPS, access controls for accounts and administrative operations, input validation, parameterised queries and chat session restrictions. We do not claim absolute immunity to intrusion, absence of data processing or absence of hosting providers’ involvement.
